Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BG Score application ("Service") operated by the creators of BG Score.

By accessing or using our Service to log, share, and track board game scores, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BG Score provides a digital tool to log offline board game sessions, store gaming scores, and generate shareable messages to send to gaming groups. The Service and all features contained therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To use most features, including saving match history, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Post or transmit any content in your game logs or profiles that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
• Use automated bots or scripts to disrupt or maliciously manipulate our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity to mislead others about your scores or identity.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the data and game results you submit to the Service. By submitting your logs and player names to the Service, you grant BG Score a limited license to use, store, and display that content purely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Service for you and your friends.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BG Score, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of gaming records, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
